Heavy Fabrication

We at United Industries can manufacture structural steel with our state of the art beam line. Beams up to 1200mm deep can be processed with capacity of 1000 fittings per shift of 400 tonnes per week.

Our processing equipment (plasma & plate rollers) has capacity to handle plates up to 50mm thick, 3.2m wide by 12m long.

The workshop layout is flexible to suit the specific projects being manufactured. i.e. hoppers, chutes, vessels, tanks, trusses etc.

We are experienced in not only manufacturing carbon steels but also stainless steel and alloys.
